Bovie Aaron – Set electrosurgical generators and accessories standard.
The company was founded in 1970 as a penlights producer for the medical industry. The success of this line led to the development and production of tubular products with battery, the new line of cauteries being also a success. A good marketing policy helped the company’s growth. To increase the visibility in the medical equipment industry market, the company changed its name to Aaron Medical Industries in 1980.
At the beginning, as well as nowadays, the company has always given great importance to equipment costs control and to handling simplicity. Since 1980, Aaron promoted the continuous improvement of its electro scalpel and it is the sole company in the USA that is still developing and introducing improvements in their electro scalpels. This top quality equipment received the US #5,688,265 patent in 11/18/97.
The company growth along with industry demands led Aaron’s design and development teams to produce and distribute new “state of the art” equipment; in 1998, Aaron acquired the name BOVIE from Maxxim Medical
Bovie Aaron Medical set standard of electrosurgical generators and accessories through a range of market leader equipment: the Aaron 800-EU, the Aaron 900, the Aaron 950, the Aaron 1250, the Aaron 2250, the Aaron 3250. This line of electrosurgical generators represents the most complete offer providing from the USA.
Over the past decade, they have expanded their manufacturing capabilities to include a full line of electrosurgical electrodes in blade, ball, needle, loop and laparoscopic form. DAMECA was founded in 1974 by A.F. Schramm with the aim of manufacturing anaesthesia machines. During the 70, his son, Soren Schramm, took over the company management until 2007. In 2007 the ownership was transferred to Jan Sindesen. The first equipment was introduced in the late 40’ and since that date several generations of anaesthesia machines have been developed, manufactured and sold all over the world. During those years new products have been added, such as patient monitors, wall panels, pendant systems and accessories for anaesthesia. The Dameca equipment is produced by using advanced equipment produced in Roedovre, close to Copenhagen.
Dameca’s equipment is sold by agents and distributors in more than 100 countries.
During recent years, a completely new range of modern and efficient
anaesthesia machines has been launched.
Dameca MRI 508 is the first anaesthesia machine on the market, tested up to 2000 Gauss; this equipment is approved to operate with equipment of market leading marks. The equipment is presently prepared to operate together with scanner equipment up to 1000 Gauss.
Samtronic is a Brazilian company, founded in 1987, focusing exclusively on the manufacture and development of hospital infusion systems. Research and products continuous improvement are fundamental to achieve their leadership in the national and international markets, allowing the manufacture of quality equipment to comply with the clients’ and users’ needs.
ICATU Pump
With a remarkable design, this pump conciliates technology and innovating resources in a refined and compact wrapping. It presents an easy reading graphic display, infusion parameters programming, events registration and a flux automatic patented cutting system (optional); the whole equipment was intelligent and ergonomically planed and executed.
ST 1000 Linear pump
The most recent technological resources were incorporated in the ST 1000 model SAMTRONIC linear pump. Special care was also taken to turn the equipment interactive, understandable and “user-friendly”, during programming and use. The pump uses standard sets of different marks, enhancing infusion costs reduction and independency in the disposable devices supply. His low weight makes it very versatile and easy to transport.
