Efacec, through its Service unit, signed a partnership agreement with HTMS, which is wholly owned by the EDF Group, to perform installation and maintenance services for power transformers in France.
This agreement brings together the synergies of the two companies in terms of skills, know-how and technological innovation, increasing the effectiveness of the quality of intervention operations, the expert’s work and the diagnosis of faults and the repair of transformers with replacement of components or adaptations in the active parts.
HTMS has a solid knowledge of the French market and has a high level of experience in the maintenance and installation of equipment in the medium and high voltage networks, both in industrial customers and in the transmission and distribution of energy.
Efacec’s experience and expertise allows us to provide vertically integrated services to a diverse universe of clients with different skills and competencies. This agreement reflects the recognition by EDF of the high capacity and knowledge that Efacec has in the manufacture of power transformers and distribution transformers, where it is a world reference.
