Arrabida Shopping

Efacec has supplied 5 x 15 kV Powercast dry transformers with a 3.490 kVA, total power capacity for the Arrabida Shopping Center renovation. The second fl oor was largely renewed with a capacity of 1.130 sitting places; the restaurant area has 30 shops, 10 of which didn’t exist in the former area. This entertainment area includes also a new space for bowling, really innovative, based on a Greek concept which has been conceived for a younger and more adventurous public.

Ferrara Plaza

Efacec has supplied 12 x Powercast dry type transformers with a 8.190 kVA global power and 39 x 15 kV Normafi x cells, for 8 x switching and transforming stations, for the largest Vale do Sousa region shopping center and one of the most modern in Portugal, the Ferrara Plaza (Paços de Ferreira), which is expecting the visit of about 6 million clients per year. The Ferrara Plaza shopping centre has 125 shops, implemented on a surface of 30 square meters, a hypermarket, 5 cinemas, a restaurant area, a fl oor for real estate sales and 1.300 places for parking. In both these orders, the delivery time was crucial and reinforced our business capability.
